Illustrations of Eerin Vink

During the Night Day rests in a wonderful magical palace, the same palace where Night recuperates when Day is visiting us on Earth. This place is so beautiful that both Day and Night would want to stay there forever. Sisters Day and Night decide to duel each other in the Valley of Emptiness, to decide who is eventually allowed to stay in the palace. The Valley of Emptiness is a spine-chilling place with floating boulders, used ever since the Dawn of Time and Memory to battle for justice.

Illustrator Eerin Vink

Illustrator Eerin Vink decided around october 2004 to be part of the Day & Night project. Together with designer Valentijn Eekels she made more than forty illustrations for the game and gradually developed her characteristic style of painting that, in a way, reminds us of the Art Nouveau movement.

Eerin is amazing.

Can you believe this was Eerin's first assignment? She has worked almost 2 years on more than 40 illustrations.

I hope that before 2011 we'll finish our next project together.
